Scope of works
During the recent annual inspection, it was identified that the following VESDA units do not meet the installation requirements of the Project Services ASD installation specification. Our price is for the following. - Modify the existing 9 x VLF-250 toilet exhaust units in the residential blocks. - Modify the existing 1 x VLF-250 toilet exhaust unit in the Detention block. - Modify the existing 1 x VLF-250 toilet exhaust unit in the Medical block. - Replacement of blocked and damaged pipework as required. - Replacement of VLF-250 filters with new. - Programming and commissioning. Exclusions. - We have not allowed for the installation of the require access hatches in the duct work. - We have not allowed for supplying new VESDA VLF-250 should the existing units fail.
