* We have allowed for the supply of 20 x Litres of replacement diesel fuel to replenish both fire pump sets on site, as ell as pickup and delivery in our quotation.
* Pump 1 is currently at 84%
* Pump 2 is currently at 86%
As mentioned, the percentage level that these pumps will indicate a fault condition is 85%. Pump 1 will be in fault on departure from site today due to the low fuel level. This will also generate the fault sounder for the pump. We will silence this on completion of our works today, but this may start again after 8 hours, depending on the brand of pump controller on site.

| Voided | Q-0133Leading Fire Services are pleased to submit for your consideration our proposal for the repair works to the Loco Assembly Fire Indicator Panel which is currently failing and requires urgent replacement. In our quotation, we are proposing the following works;
** Stage 1 - Pattern Shop F.I.P. **
* We have allowed for the disconnection of all associated cabling within the Pattern Shop Fire Indicator Panel and removal from its current location
* Installation of 1 x new replacement Fire Indicator Panel - to be installed in place of the existing Pattern Shop Fire Indicator Panel
* Internal termination of all associated cabling within the new Pattern Shop Fire Indicator Panel.
* The location and replacement of all existing "end of line" resistor devices on each monitored circuit. All of these will be at height.
* Full Test and Commission on completion to confirm correct operation of this new Pattern Shop Fire Indicator Panel.
** STAGE 2 - LOCO ASSEMBLY FIRE PANEL REPAIR **
* Utilising the old Pattern Shop Fire Indicator Panel as spare parts, replace existing failing components within the Loco Assembly Fire Indicator Panel in an attempt to rectify the Critical Defect currently active on this system.
* Full Test and Commission on completion to confirm that the Loco Assembly Fire Indicator Panel is bac n line and Operational.
** Please Note that these works are in an attempt to minimise the costs associated with replacing the failing Loco Assembly Fire Indicator Panel. We cannot guarantee that the old redundant parts within the old Pattern Shop Fire Indicator Panel will remain online and operational for the foreseeable future. We would recommend that even if these rectification works are successful, the Progress Rail submits a Capital expenditure (CAPEX) request to allow for this Fire Panel to be replaced in the near future.

| Voided | Q-0102It was identified whilst conducting the routine Monthly Servicing
of the combined Fire Hydrant / Sprinkler Pump system on 26/10/2023 that the Pressure relief Valve on the discharge line is passing and not locking down at 1100 Kpa as required per design parameters. This valve has failed and requires replacement.
Also, due to the original design and installation, there is also no isolation valve in place to isolate this section of the pipework to further investigate and rectify without isolating the non-potable supply to the Prison Water supply system.
Also identified that the valve in question is designed for agricultural purposes and not used for Fire System purposes.
In order to rectify the above identified issues, we are required to conduct the following works;
* Isolate the non-potable supply to the Prison after normal hours to minimise the impact of no supply water for the Prison and drain down system.
* Un-bolt and remove the existing failed Pressure Relief Valve.
* Unbolt and remove the existing 6-inch pipe section with sight glass.
* Installation of a new 6-inch Fire designated Pressure Relief Valve (red).
* Installation of a new 6 inch monitored wafer valve.
* Installation of a new temporary 6-inch pipe section - Fabrication to be done by others whilst works are being conducted. New permanent pipe section will be separately fabricated with new site glass and drain installed. to be fitted at a later date once fabrication is completed.
* Modifications to the existing monitor interface to the Fire Indicator Panel located in X3 to incorporate the new monitored valve to be installed (Wired in Normally closed position when valve open, open state when valve closed to indicate fault status on X3 Fire Indicator Panel).
* Re-instatement of the non-potable water for the Prison on completion.
* Calibration and adjustment of the new Pressure Relief Valve on completion to recalibrate to 1100 kPa as per design parameters.
